Comment from Patrick Pénicaud: bonjour,côté intervenants... personne en provenance de l'ESS (Economie sociale et solidaire), des Scop, associations, etc. du management de la RSE, et autres dignes représentants d'une vraie gouvernance démocratique, participative, citoyenne... !!! Aucun(e) sociologue ou/et autre chercheur-spécialiste de la question venant des sciences humaines et sociales, de la philosophie, du droit, de la santé (eh oui, car l'organisation du travail, la gouvernance a des conséquences directes en la matière)...Quand on sait comment sont souvent traités les personnes, les employés, travailleurs, syndicats dans le genre d'entreprise intervenantes ici, on peut s'étonner qu"elles aient quelque crédibilité en matière de gouvernance au sens partage du pouvoir, de transparence, de l'intelligence participative, collective, dans la réalité, au delà de propos type "langue de bois", "green washing", dorage de pilule... Procès d'intention infondé? ... S'il y avait des employés, des syndicats des entreprises et non pas seulement des dirigeants, on pourrait éventuellement le croire, mais le simple fait que ce ne soit pas le cas semble en dire bien long... hélas.Lorsque que cela aura enfin changé (on peut rêver), non seulement la santé des femmes et hommes au travail sera nettement améliorée, et partant la vie sociale, la confiance et le bien-être individuel et collectif, mais aussi l'essor de l'entreprise, par voie de conséquence -ce qui est vérifié dans maintes entreprises du type Scop- . Ce qui passe non seulement par le partage du capital, la répartition des richesses, mais aussi celui des décisions, de l'organisation. C'est une question de confiance réciproque, sortir de l'exploitation de l'homme par l'homme, pour citer Marx, de l'avidité de quelques-uns au détriment de beaucoup d'autres. C'est re-situer l'économie au service de l'homme et non l'inverse, et donc une responsabilité d'intérêt général, faire en sorte que l'entreprise ne soit plus "hors sol", "bunkerisée", mais au contraire responsable, éthique, vertueuse, humaine, citoyenne, inscrite dans la réalité du territoire, du contexte dont elle est partie prenante, à tous points de vue. Tout le monde a à y gagner. Vraiment, réellement, résolument.
