Une remarque subsidiaire : les grands groupes, et donc leurs organisations représentatives, auraient tout intérêt à s'intéresser à cette loi sur le volet JEI également. L'innovation des grands groupes, et leur croissance, passent souvent par l'aquisition de PME qui grandissent et viennent apporter une technologie et un potentiel de développement essentiel à une croissance soutenue. En conséquence, les groupes et les grosses PME, pour qui le rachat de jeunes entreprises innovantes fait sens, devraient se démener pour non seulement préserver mais bien développer l'écosystème des JEI, ne fusse que pour les cibles d'aquisition que cela leur apportera.

Comment from Daniel COHEN-ZARDI: Intéressant... en ce qui concerne le symbole, ce n'est pas que le statut de JEI, il y a en effet la loi TEPA sur les financements, la réduction du pourcentage de CIR sur les 2 premières années, la taxe sur la publicité en ligne... et la taxe sur le E-Commerce qui n'est finalement pas passé. En terme de symbole, l'innovation et particulièrement le numérique sont donc ciblés relativement "à dessein".

Cette enquête démontre que 80% des entreprises ont réduit leurs investissements en R&D, 71% des entreprises ont déjà limité leurs recrutements liés aux activités de R&D ou licencié, avec un coût moyen par entreprise de la réforme de 66 236 € depuis le 1er janvier 2011. Cette enquête réalisée auprès d’une centaine d’entreprises, apporte ainsi des éléments tangibles pour la réouverture du dossier JEI par le Gouvernement, notamment dans le cadre de la discussion du projet de Loi de finances rectificative pour 2011. "
