Nous avons eu l'immense plaisir de recevoir les deux personnalités du 2.0 au Quebec les plus connues, Michelle blanc et Claude Malaison pour échanger sur nos visions respectives de l'entreprise et marketing 2.0. l y a -t-il des différences de point de vue, stratégie, avancement entre la France et le Quebec sur ces questions ?
Merci à Vincent Berthelot, consultant Web Social, qui a permis la réalisation de cette rencontre.
La proximité avec les Etats Unis profite-t-elle au Québec dans le domaine du 2.0 ? Oui à écouter nos intervenants car le marché domestique américian, de par sa taille, est une aubaine, un véritable dopant pour le business.
Dans la ligne de mire de Claude Malaison, la monoculture de l'informatique propriétaire. Autrement dit, la difficulté à percer du logiciel libre dans les entreprises. Pour preuve, Claude Malaison cite l'exemple édifiant suivant : le gouvernement du Québec a choisi Microsoft sans appel d'offre !
Autre sujet abordé : la philosophie 2.0 qui pose la question de place du Web dans le management des entreprises. Une question essentielle pour la réussite des déploiements des Intranet et applications 2.0. En effet, le web est une fonction en soi qui participe à l'essor de l'ensemble des fonctions. Donc ne pas être traité comme une fonction isolée du reste.
Concernant la France, Claude est surpris par le sérieux de l'approche des entreprises françaises par rapport au collaboratif.
Et le marketing 2.0 ? Nous y voici. Pour Michelle Blanc, le marketing 2.0 est un marketing du pull, c'est à dire qui attire le public à soi, adossé à une humanisation du produit et du service par l'établissement d'une conversation, par exemple. C'est une grosse machine rédactionnelle et de monitorage. Et qui bien exploité par les entreprise, constitue un avantage certain en terme de coûts.
Encore faut-il que les entreprises aient cet état d'esprit, d'être par exemple, dans une attitude d'écoute et de conversation, ce qui n'est pas le cas actuellement pour nombre d'entre elles, selon Michelle Blanc.
